We thrive on bringing the best of the best SAG-AFTRA members, Non Union Actors, and real life talent to match each show’s needs: from casting advanced Skaters, NYPD Cops, 1960’s Mob Types & Drag Queens - we have done it all!

Todd Feldman, Sr. Casting Director - IMDB
After graduating from college, Todd set his sights on working in the entertainment industry. He moved to Los Angeles to climb the ladder at Creative Artists Agency, worked his way through the mailroom, and landed in their motion picture literary department. After spending four years in LA, he was drawn back to his roots in NYC, ultimately starting his career in casting. Todd went on to work on such projects as The Sopranos, How To Make it In America, and The Wrestler among many others before he founded Roman Candle Casting in 2009. During this time, Todd also opened the restaurant Speedy Romeo where you can still find him eating pizza on occasion!
Lucy Pho - Sr. Casting Director - IMDB
A Texas native, Lucy moved to Brooklyn in 2007 and landed her first job as a casting assistant for Central Casting. In those 11 years as a Casting Director and Manager, she has been fortunate to work with many visionaries, from first time producers and directors to veterans of old Hollywood. Her passion in casting is translated in her work and she continues to deliver with every client she collaborates with. In 2019, Lucy left the corporate casting world to co-partner with Roman Candle Casting, where she continues to bring her leadership and casting experience in a more concentrated platform.
